Hello, I’m Laura.

I’ve always been drawn to the moments that bring people together — the kind of celebration where every detail feels intentional, the room looks beautiful, and the people inside it feel genuinely seen.

My path to event coordination ran through restaurants, schools, and businesses. In each of those environments, events were at the center of everything I did — planning and executing brand activations for a 6-location restaurant group, coordinating ceremonies and open houses for a Bay Area high school, leading launch events for new businesses. Every engagement sharpened my instincts for logistics, timing, vendor management, and the real-time problem-solving that live events demand.

Today, as Team Lead at Party Canvas, I bring that hands-on experience to every client we work with. My job is to make sure your event is beautiful, your day is stress-free, and the details you care about most are the ones we get exactly right.
