The challenge.
Notre Dame Belmont runs a packed event calendar year-round (ceremonies, open houses, athletics, community nights, and more) and needed someone to coordinate coverage, manage day-of logistics, and ensure every event was professionally documented and communicated.
The school also needed to engage prospective families through admissions events that felt welcoming, well-organized, and reflective of their mission and culture.
The solution.
I managed the full event coordination and communications pipeline, from pre-event planning and photography setup to day-of logistics and post-event storytelling, delivering consistent, high-quality coverage for every major campus event.
By treating each event as both a logistical and a storytelling challenge, we built a vibrant online community that gave families a genuine window into campus life and kept the whole NDB community connected.
