Limón Restaurants needed someone to plan, coordinate, and execute a steady calendar of brand events and community activations across 6 distinct Bay Area locations, each with its own space, team, and audience.
Every event had to feel locally authentic while maintaining a consistent brand experience, and had to be delivered on time, on budget, and without a hitch.
I led event planning and coordination end-to-end: concept development, vendor sourcing and management, day-of logistics, setup, and breakdown, while capturing and sharing each activation across social media.
The result was a calendar of well-executed events that brought guests in, generated strong buzz, and strengthened Limón's reputation as a true community gathering place at each of their locations.
